PERSONNEL PERSONALS Bruce MacLaren has been named senior MacLAREN procurement business engagement manager for Microsoft Corp. Previously, MacLaren was the global car category manager for Microsoft, managing the company's 10,000 vehicles worldwide. MacLaren was honored as the 2010 International Fleet Manager of the Year by Fleet Europe magazine. Assuming MacLaren's former feet responsibilities is Michael Pohl, who is now the global car category manager for Microsoft. Pohl, who previously reported to MacLaren, is located in Germany. John Moore has been named director of feet, EHS, and procurement for Rentokil North America in Reading, Pa. Prior to joining Rentokil, Moore was business director of Four Wheels sales and client services for Wheels Inc. POHL Gordon Campbell has been named chief procurement offcer for The Brinks Company in Richmond, Va. Previously, Campbell was global senior procurement leader at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics from April 2009 to August 2013. Earlier, he was vice president strategic sourcing for ARAMARK from 2007 to 2009, and prior to that CAMPBELL Campbell was director of indirect procurement for Tyco International from 1989 to 2007. At Tyco, Campbell was responsible for the strategic development of the company's global feet operation, representing 45,000 vehicles on a global basis. While at Tyco, Campbell was named Fleet Executive of the Year by Fleet Financials magazine in 2004. Steven Saltzgiver was named vice president feet management at Republic Services, Inc. Saltzgiver is responsible for the strategic management of the company's transportation and refuse hauling feet. Previously, he was VP of feet operations for Coca-Cola Refreshments in Atlanta. David Hayward was named feet operations manager for AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Valley Forge, Pa. He will be responsible for all feet operations for the feet's 10,000-plus units. Previously, Hayward was director of feet, EHS and procurement for Rentokil North America in Reading, Pa. Prior to joining Rentokil, Hayward was international feet director at Wyeth. HAYWARD Theresa Belding was promoted to director – feet services for Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, she was senior manager – feet services. Belding oversees the administration of 3,200 leased vehicles in the U.S. and Canada. She also manages the administration of the company's vehicle safety policy, which includes prescreening new hires, current driver reviews, and recommendation to the corporate Fleet Safety Committee. BELDING Michael Muehmel has been named executive director – operations at vRide, a position he has held since February 2013. vRide feet operations reports to Muehmel. Prior to joining vRide in 2012, Muehmel was director – product strategy and planning, marketing, sales and service for Bright Automotive. Earlier in his career, Muehmel worked for Chrysler from 1985 to 2008 in a variety of positions in product marketing and planning, MUEHMEL The City of Beverly Hills, Calif., promoted Craig Crowder, previously feet operations supervisor, to feet manager, effective August 12. A City program allowed Crowder two years to transition into the feet manager role, providing management training. As feet manager, Crowder oversees a feet of 360 units and 12 employees in feet and central stores. He replaces Rene Biadoma, who retired July 12.
